Customers are unable to download files after paying with paypal.

We have checked our system thoroughly and confirm that the reason for your customers not being able to download has nothing to do with Budee.com It may be that your customers cannot download due to a number of reasons:
- The Paypal IPN system had an error.
- The customer may not have clicked on the return link after payment.
- Your own downlink may have a problem especially if it is for an external website.
99% of customers who follow everything through correctly encounter no problems at all in downloading their purchased product.

when generating html code for products, the text area for "GoogleCheckout Button Code Simple HTML" redirects to getcodepaypal.php instead of getcodegoogle.php

Google checkout would generate a "You are not configured to post unsigned carts to this server" error. I understand that this is because the checkbox for "My company will only post digitally signed carts." is checked on the page Settings > Integration. If I uncheck it, a Warning message appears saying that "It is unusual to accept unsigned carts with an API integration. By default, Google rejects unsigned shopping carts". Anyways, if it needs to be unchecked, than this should be documented in Change Profile > Google Checkout Processor. If not... what do we do, boss?...:-)

clicking on 'cancel and return to..." on initial paypal payment page redirects to your error page (http://www.bubdee.com/php_paypal/error.php) instead of my original page (http://fourtissimo.us/summer-2008.html) -- alex

Your Google checkout seems to be fine now. Yes we have secure server and it should be no problem.
Also your second question regarding if click cancel or return to merchant link ON PAYPAL then it suppose to return back to bubdee.com site.
